ATPD provided design and project/construction management for a 475,000 SF, six-building campus, complete retrofit tenant improvement. Led client through demolition, mechanical, electrical, site, architectural, and seismic updates in MT View, CA. The project included stair relocations, skylight additions, a prototype shop, test labs, a fitness center, a distribution facility, a café, a kitchen, and full amenity spaces.
