AT-PD provided full project management services for Crusoe's Stargate AI data center campus in Abilene, Texas, working in conjunction with AlfaTech as part of the broader project team.
The eight-building campus spans approximately 4 million SF and includes an on-site natural gas generation plant. Designed to support up to 1.2 GW of high-density AI infrastructure, the project was delivered through a fast-track design and construction approach.
With a collaborative design team, multi-prime construction team, and an ownership group open to exploring innovative solutions, the project emphasized flexibility and coordination to streamline every aspect of project execution.
