ATPD provided project management, master planning, and design oversight for a 450,000SF, 900-person, 23-acre multistory campus. Led client through mechanical and electrical system updates, and technology support in Fremont, CA. The project includes labs, clean rooms, workspaces, prototype manufacturing, under-floor utility distribution, an advanced water reclamation system, and solar, earning a LEED Gold certification.
