ATPD provided turnkey services for data hall upgrades for a 25,000 SF, 7.2MW, single-story, brownfield data center. Led client preconstruction through Commissioning and handoff in Wenatchee, WA. The project includes tenant improvement, the addition of UPS, and a standby generator to achieve new Tier III reliability with power densities up to 21KW per rack.
