Real Estate Portfolio: Owners Representative services annual facilities maintenance and new projects portfolio teams, managing over 1.6M SF of critical MEP infrastructure and services operations projects, including historical mid-rise building restoration in downtown San Francisco and other enterprise areas and Capital planning projects. Portfolio strategy team business short- and long-term capital planning, strategic and tactical planning.

MEP Infrastructure Projects: Notable infrastructure projects include the replacement of the 4000A building main electrical service to a 34-story 850,000 SF building. The work was completed at the PG&E headquarters' existing high-rise building offices without interrupting day-to-day corporate operations. Work included replacing motor control centers, meter/main distribution switchgear, branch panels on each floor, electrical riser ducting, transfer switches, controls, and complex coordinating the relocation of power and lighting loads to the new service distribution.

Other projects include LESA, Lemoore Service Center, Auburn Service Center, Stockton Reginal Office Complex, Fleet maintenance building, Merced Service Center, McDonald Island Facility, and Santa Cruz Service Center.
