ATPD provided full project management services for 792,000 SF 28-floor full existing high-rise building offices. Led client through demolition and abatement to steel and concrete in Oakland, CA. The project includes a new auditorium, phased relocation and change management services of existing occupants, PG&E's new “Balanced Work-Place” office furnishings, fixtures, and finishes standards upgrades, and mechanical and electrical systems infrastructure replacement.
