ATPD provided project management for a 1.5M SF, 35-acre greenfield campus. Led client through discovery, planning, design, and construction in Winters, CA. The project includes classrooms, lab spaces, kitchens, a weld training lab, and a transmission training facility with the first pilot measurement and verification facility, which achieved LEED Gold.
